By registering for these private sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that participation involves physical and emotional activity and that there are inherent risks, including the potential for physical or emotional discomfort.
2. Personal Responsibility You are responsible for your own health, well-being and decisions, and for informing me of any relevant medical, physical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation.
3. Medical Care These sessions do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in these sessions is a substitute for professional medical care.
4. Online Session Environment You are responsible for ensuring a safe, private and reliable environment with a stable internet connection for your online sessions.
5. Release of Liability, Waiver and Indemnity You release and hold harmless Naturalize, Ian and any affiliated parties from any claims, losses or damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law, arising from your participation.
6. Recording and Privacy Sessions are not recorded. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of what is shared during your sessions.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellation You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
8. Governing Law and Severability These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9. Electronic Acceptance By checking the box below and completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms, and that this constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement.
